    Parker personal care homes has put me and my family in a hard place. They are very rude discrimination. They dont let their clients talk. The owners of the company, **** and ***** Parker do not care what is going on in their business knowing that they people are leaving their clients out here homeless with disabilities. I feel like they have terminated me from services due to the fact of me, speaking my mind of not getting the adequate servicers that I need it. They overworked their staff members theres not enough time for one on one they take your money and then say that its for the state. When you go into independent living, its not independent living its like having your mother if you dont do what your mother says youre grounded. I got a check for them pulling out all of my be at one of the apartment $1500 and I only got **** out of that so where is my other $300 that. They use and abuse the system but then tell us that we cant use and abuse the system but they allow their staff members to take peoples money. They allow staff members to talk to people crazy they allow their staff members to make appointments for clients that clients cant even see the doctor because theyre trying the best that they can. Ive been with Parker a little over five years and Ive never had a problem out of Parker until they got these cool new staff members in here that dont know their job, and then they use the disabled to their advantage. I believe that I need a formal apology from Parker personal care homes. I feel like they need to give me back my other $300 but Im not going to see that and I feel like they need to be held to the extent of the law for using and abusing the disabled. If you cant use the elderly, then why is this company still open if they are using the disable do not put your trust into this company.
