  On May 19 I went in for a random drug screen as required for my job and licensing with the ***. I did the same 11 panel with ETG test that I have done for 10 years with this business. It came back positive for a substance I did not take. I asked ***** the owner/manager to help me with investigating this because hes known me this long and Ive never had a problem and it has serious repercussions for me at work. He refused to do anything to help. I called the lab they wont speak to me. My doctors office requested confirmatory testing and he said its already been done. Its your test your problem. I requested full chain of custody and litigation package from the lab so I can see if errors occurred and he still hasnt gotten it to me. Stating that they dropped the ball. I did 3 subsequent test using blood and they were all negative. I would like a resolution from ***** and the lab for my lost time off work. I was grounded for 6 days and used my personal sick time to wait on results and get clearance from the ***.

  I was offered a job for ********* making $70,000 a year and part of the hiring process required a urinalysis and I was given the address to wiz quiz because it was nearby. I went in there and submitted a urine sample and the young kid behind the counter said he could not submit the sample because there was not enough bubbles in it. I don't know what that means I've never heard of that but I asked to take another one and the second one he could not submit because the urine was not above the temperature gauge when I had given him all I could give on the first sample now I no longer have that job being offered and I need to find answers on what kind of business is being conducted at wiz quiz.

  We operate a drug and alcohol testing facility and provide services to many clients including state entities and employers. The client posting this complaint did not provide a specimen that was consistent with human urine. As we are trained to detect substituted/adulterated samples, we have the authority to reject a specimen and ask for a second collection which is what occurred here. This process is standard in the drug testing industry as all collectors have this same authority. We do not give out all details to clients as to why we cannot accept a specimen so that they cannot come back with a better idea of how to pass an adulterated sample. We asked the donor to provide another specimen and he did not provide an adequate volume for testing. We gave him the opportunity to stay until he could provide enough but the client refused further testing. This also happened more than 10 months prior to the report and he is now placing blame on us for not letting him potentially substitute his specimen to get a job.
