      I talked with ****** at engineering studios Denver about building/engineering an electric pto September of 2023 and made payment the next month in oct of 2023 and patiently waited for him to complete the job which would not be completed till April of 2024 and was promised to be done December of 2023. Upon delivery build quality was less than hoped for I had to go in and clean up lots of messy wiring and it was supposed to be field tested and the inverter to power the batteries was even the right kind! After trying to use the system for 5 unloads that were all very light I have the scale tickets to prove it it became apparent that the device was not built for the task. That being said I brought it back to **** where it was installed and had it removed and a pto installed on the truck and life has been awesome since! After all this ****** refuses to make it right and won't refund my money and has basically said that it's all my fault. I would like to pursue a full refund but mainly make sure that no one else is taken advantage of ****** he talks a big game but has nothing to back it up and weasels out of any personal responsibility. He told me he does not care about his reputation well it sure seems like it.

      ****** bought an experimental unit and we tested it with the manufacturer. We told ****** it looked like it was going to work. He had to order the same style of trailer and not over load it. 

      the trailer he purchased was different than the test trailer. The difference in trailers meant we needed an additional 20-25% larger capacity. 

      In talks with ****** I offered to refurbish the unit and help him sell it used. All of the potential customers have fallen through. 

      ****** also reported that he miss used the equipment in a couple of learning mistakes we do not know what this means. 

      I have talked to ****** and he only wants money back. We do not give refunds on this type of equipment.

      I contacted Veradyn LLC DBA Engineering Studio Denver in August of 2022. I used their online contact form.I explained that we had issues with the foundation and walls on our home and asked if they could produce an engineering report. They called and stated they could provide an engineering report and they would send me an invoice to pay for $300.00 and that after the invoice was paid they would send out an engineer.I paid the invoice on August 28, 2022, with my credit card, and the engineer was scheduled. On Tuesday, August 30, 2022 1:00pm engineer ************************* came to our home. He spent 15 minutes looking around and then informed us he could not help us and he left. He did not offer a refund of our money we did not get an engineering report. We got nothing for our $300.00.I sent an email to Veradyn LLC DBA Engineering Studio on September 24, 2022 asking for a refund. They did not repond.

      A professional engineer inspected the property and advised them, that in my opinion it was not economically feasible to repair the foundation in my opinion. We sell time and advise. The customer received both of those and I did not attempt to up sell them. 

       

      I advised they seek a second opinion though another firm because they may know of a way to  fix the problems.

      I contacted them for an engineering report. They agreed to provide one. The engineer stated, "I can't help you." and left after briefly looking around. They did not provide an engineering report. They provided nothing. 

       

      They have no right to keep the $300.00 I paid them. As they provided nothing to me.
