    I have rented this venue many times. I have referred others to this venue and got tired of the complaints from others and what I experienced many times. Enough is enough! Bathrooms are filthy. ****************** trashcans had previous "parties" waste stuck to the bottom. Mgr sticks around like a guest. Windows, mirrors, ***************** were filthy. We had to go early to clean as much as we could before our event. Outside curbs hold party filth. Had to clean ******************* before we used it. I arrived early one time and he swishes a soaped up mop in the center of the venue, claiming the "women from ******" that he hires to clean are lazy. Refrigerator freezer shelf is cracked, so ice bags melt on floor. Under sink plumbing leaks. Honestly had a screaming match several times with ******, the leasee. Swears he is a mega-millionnaire but does not pay to have the place cleaned up. He told me he sold it, yet I know from others that he is stuck for another two years on the lease. I will never rent this venue, ever!
