      ****** helped me and our shared customer, calling into service contracts is a big part of my job, and is rather time consuming. Working with the whole company was lovely, short wait time and easy to navigate. ****** was very knowledgeable and responsive. It's also normally impossible to call back in and get the same person, but was pleasantly surprised when I was back in contact with ******, makes it a lot faster when you are working with someone who already knows what's going on. Thank you ******! I hope more of my customers sign on with you folks!

      Fixed lower oil pan before getting warranty through refinancing. They Denied the upper oil pan saying it was already an issue before the warranty started. This company is garbage.

      From the very little amount of information provided it sounds like you had an oil leak you were well aware of prior to buying the warranty and had been attempting to fix it. No warranty would cover a problem that started or had happened prior to the sell of the warranty, as that would be a pre-existing issue.

      I fixed the lower oil pan, refinanced to get a lower monthly payment and got a warranty so we would not have to be out of pocket for car repairs. We were not aware of any problems before with any other oil leaks until we took it to the dealership and they diagnosed the problem while under the warranty. We fixed what was told to us at the time that was told to us that was wronge with the car when we were not covered. The dealership doesn't understand nor do we understand how the warranty company can say that it was previously diagnosed as a problem when we fixed what was wronge before warranty. Another warranty that does not want to pay. Your reviews say it all. We want a refund thank you.

      I also have an inspection from ***** on 4-24-2025 at ***** miles that says performed courtesy check oil leaks inspection that says that there is no leak after I replaced the lower oil pan. You just do not want to honor the warranty.

      ***** E emailed me and said "I do see theres nothing on the invoice about any leaking, but the vehicle had just been at Big O the day before for an oil pan gasket replacement, so they likely cleaned it up at that time. Theres also no mention that they checked the suspension.From what were seeing, it looks like Big O may have misdiagnosed it on 4/23 as just the lower pan. The inspector we sent is a third-party contractornot one of our employeesand he doesnt have any incentive to report things one way or another. He inspects thousands of vehicles and noted that these issues were preexisting. They didnt just show up over the last 9 days and ***** miles.We also have a note that you mentioned the vehicle was inspected by ************ before the contract was sold. If you can send that over, well be happy to review it. We said: "Yes we fixed it and the other inspections did not come up with any issues until it was taken to GMC of vacaville for inspection and diagnosed under this warranty. You are saying that Midas is lying but the 3rd party contracter is not lying. By the way nothing was said on our part that the 3rd party contractor was not honest. You just put words in our mouth and are saying that us and Midas are lying. This is crazy of you to say and I will be posting is to BBB. Like we said you are not honoring the warrenty that we paid for. Have a great day BTW Was not an oil gasket it was the lower oil pan. Still at this moment you nor the inspector even know the work that was done to the car by ***** E's statement confirms. We also were not aware of the bushings that needed replacement. Since the warranty did not reply there is the statement from ***** *.

      Purchased gap for my vehicle. My vehicle was a total loss on 8/12/2024. On todays date gap comes back stating they will only be paying $71. The amount still owed to the lein holder is $1800. Gap is pointless if you purchase a used vehicle knowing that the amount of the vehicle will depreciate and GAP does NOT even help cover it. THIS company tells you did you read the contact? They deduct this and that they have no intention to help the customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

      This should be directed towards the customers insurance company who made the deductions for the condition of the vehicle. No ************* does not pay for the devaluations or bad condition of a customers vehicle.

      I will never again use this company for ************* again. They are not very helpful, nor do they keep up very well with communication on what is happening during the process. There was many times we did not not receive a call you back, nor did they respond to emails in a timely manner, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. We have waited 2 weeks after being told the amout that was approved and the bank with the loan has still not received the payment. The vehicle was totaled September 5th and it has still not been taken care of the 2nd week of December.

      The check for this customers gap claim has already been process and sent to the lender. This was done prior to this complaint.

      I am *** to have gotten a different experience than everyone else. Not only did I have to jump through so many hoops and turn in so much paperwork. I still did not get the full amount covered and am still paying an out of pocket car payment for a car I no longer have. ***** ******** did no due diligence and once my insurance called him out saying his numbers were wrong he went no contact. I emailed again and finally got a response saying my claim was complete and nothing could be done. I then requested a supervisor or escalation team review and he again is silent. I purchased GAP on the new car I got before this transaction had been completed but had I know it was a scam I would not have wasted my time purchasing it again. Very disappointing and pointless since I am still paying a car payment. SAD!!!

      *** pays the difference between Clean retail value of a vehicle and what the customer owes up to a set percentage amount based off financing. Deductions from insurance pay out due to conditional adjustments made by your insurance company to your vehicle or the comp vehicles are not covered by a gap contract. The remaining balance on your loan is due to a conditional adjustment your insurance company made to bring your vehicle valuations and amount they have to pay down to private party value.

      I had a complicated situation, and through it all ***** was always supportive. He communicated well through it all even through the hiccups. I would highly recommend working with *****, he put me at ease through the whole process.
