    Allaway was sold to me at furniture row as a warranty and they do not cover anything advertised. They also sell you on this coverage that doesnt exist. 1900 dollars for a scam fake warranty on furniture.

    The invoice you provided says you are not the individual who purchased the furniture and the plan is non-transferable. Unless you provided the wrong invoice you did not buy the furniture and Protection Plan. Therefore, there is nothing I can do to assist you.

    I purchased an accidental damage warranty for 3 pieces of furniture. I filed claims as directed and included all information required. I was denied claims on my furniture which was well within guidelines, with excuses and the company finding any way to not repair/replace my furniture. At one point I was told because I filed claims on other furniture. I am submitting several photos of conversation receipt and warranty info

    Customer had wear and tear on their furniture after 5 years and the AllAway Protection Program is for Single Specific Incidents reported within 10 days which did not occur.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     1) the claim was filed within the 5 year protection plan

    2) the claim was filed within 10 days 

    3) the claim was filed based on one incident of me leaving in a hurry out of town. The program states one incident, not one item. Even if it was only one item, I did NOT receive compensation on any said item. The company is using any loophole to try and not honor  the service I paid for.  It doesnt matter if I filed 100 claims in one day, that should have no affect on honoring a warranty that I purchased. 

    (Please note that all claims were filed within policy agreement attached in photos already submitted)

    4) this claim was closed on June 4th due to no response from AllAway.
