      5 months ago I was paying around $30/monthly for natural gas from PG&E. *** called me and convinced me that I would be paying less if I signed up with them. I have a fixed ********** so I signed up with them. The following month my billed doubled to $60+/monthly for the next 3 months. When I called them they told me that it takes 3 months to kick in. However, my lastest bill was $84+. I called PG&E and found out that PG&E is currently only charging .34 per therm, whereas UET is charging $1.20 per therm. How is his supposed to lower my bill. They lied to me to get me to sign up with them. WARNING do not use UET!

      Hello, we do apologize for the poor experience you had with us.  We do monitor our calls and will review the sales call that was placed to you.  All of our **** are required to follow a script.  This is a fixed product, not a savings product.  Our fixed plan does come with a rebate after you've been with us for at least 12 months.  I will have a rebate processed for you.  Someone from our customer advocate group will be reaching out soon.
