The owner decided not to pay me according to our agreed pay plan. Super frustrating

We take all feedback seriously and always strive to maintain a fair and professional work environment. However, in this case, the claims made in this review are simply not accurate.
This individual was with our company for less than a month and was provided with extensive one-on-one training to ensure they fully understood our structure, expectations, and what qualifies as successful work. Despite multiple discussions and clarifications, they failed to meet the basic requirements of the position.
The agreement was clear from the beginning: compensation was based on qualified leadsmeaning potential customers who met specific criteria and resulted in productive conversations. Unfortunately, none of the few leads provided met these qualifications, and we were only able to have conversations with three individuals, none of whom moved forward with a written contract. Because of this, compensation was not owed, as it was based on clear performance standards that were explained multiple times.
When this was addressed, rather than taking the opportunity to learn from the experience, this individual became upset and disagreed with our companys structure. Following this, they chose to post a misleading review instead of acknowledging the training, discussions, and expectations that had been clearly communicated.
At Thermal Home Insulation, we stand by our business model and the high standards we set for professionalism and success. We wish this individual the best in their future endeavors, but we also want to ensure that our reputation remains based on truth and fairness.
