    I set up a membership with this location. Was immediately charged. ***** plus ***** annual fee for a black/full access membership. The club requires the app for entry and app failed to update with the current membership information. I quit another location over this deal as it requires a total explanation every time i enter the gym. I thought since it was another location convenient to me it may work out. I talked to **** at the front desk and he said there is nothing he can do to help. He suggested that i get on my computer to straighten it out but I cant log in as it never had me input a password I have been charged but do not have access. Typical of this organization. Will take further steps this time.

    I have contacted PlanetFitness and the club MANY TIMES. I have asked to close my account as they keep charging it even after I went in and cancelled MANY MONTHS AGO. They say I need to send a physical letter to cancel and then REFUSE TO PROVIDE MAILING ADDRESS.THIS IS A SCAM. I have put a stop payment on my account for PlanetFitness and reported the transactions as fraudulent made by the company without my consent. I have TONS of evidence in the form of screenshots, mails sent, recordings on my phone cancelling the membership and I will bring this to court. CANCEL MY ***********. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPORT TO BBB TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

    Called, submitted email, went in, mailed. They refuse to cancel membership and keep charging me.
