    EXCEPTIONAL LAWN SERVICE!!!If anyone is looking for lawn care service, check out Westside Grounds. Absolutely, the most positive experience I've had with a company in YEARS! Yes...years. I emailed for a quote on Monday 5/1 for aeration. Within an hour, I had a response ($90 for ****sqft). Less than an hour after I accepted the quote, they were in touch with an estimated week to 2wk lead time (everywhere else was 3-4wks out). Perfect! I said anytime works, sooner the better. NEXT DAY they contacted me that they were able to get us on the schedule for Thursday 5/4. Fantastic! They didn't take any money up front (they actually invoice and give you 15 day to pay AFTER service). Here is the real eye opener about how awesome this company is. There were 3 people that showed up, only 1 aerator. (Assuming they had other larger projects, since there were 3 people). Rather than the 2 folks who had nothing to do just hang out....THEY CLEANED MY PROPERTY!!!! Cleaned up the weeds, gathered old leaves, trimmed some dead flowers....2 garbage bags later! All while the gentleman aerated the yard. Now if that isn't **************** and really showing up to make an impression I don't know what is! Here's the kicker...my invoice was for exactly what they quoted. No surprises. So, responsive, friendly, communicates, follows through, goes above and beyond, exceeds expectations and abides by schedules/promises. Absolutely outstanding 1st experience!
