    August 17, 2022 I paid Ace Pack and Ship ****** to send a package to my daughter to *****, *******. I brought in a copy of the address from her landlord on the lease. ****, one of the owners, did not write the address correctly on the box. The box ended up in custom in ***** who then asked for information regarding the package i.e. what was in the box.My daughter had used Ace prior to this even to mail a envelop to the school she was going to be working at.So **** address the box to my daughter, care of the school and with the street address incorrect. Because of him using a business address customs then required additional information from us which we did provide. In the end the box was returned to Ace since it was never addressed correctly. They have very strict customs. I have repeatedly asked for a refund due to their negligence but they only offered an in store credit. I unfortunately used a debit card so can not get a refund on a credit card. I would never use this business again and actually have put up a negative review on ******* What would i do with a ****** credit at their store.I am also going to file a complain against DHL as they were also very inept in helping resolve this issues.I have pages of documents of the HR ***** providing info requested from customs, also info DHL wanted, and her landlord also got involved.**** the owner of Ace was not at all cooperative in resolving this issues, He does not return phone calls nor does he provide me contact info for a person he is supposedly working with at DHL to come to some sort of resolution.All I know is a paid ****** o Aug. 17 for a box shipped to ***** which was returned to Ace on Oct 4 which i then picked up.Please let me know what documentation you need. I have plenty unfortunately.Sincerely,*********************
