The owner at this massage studio committed fraud on my injury insurance claim. Her charge for services was $150 an hour, that was what was billed to the claim for my first two appts. After that I was unaware that she was charging $300 an hour and exhausting my insurance claim to zero dollars. She over billed my claim $1900. State Farm contacted her tried to get money back and she refused. State Farm investigated her for over billing and found that she did in fact over bill $1900. I want the $1900 that she stole back. I have attached a few pages of bills below. I have over 20 pages of bills showing she overcharged $150 per visit.

    To Whom It May Concern,

Mile High Holistics provided therapeutic services to ******** ************ from March 2024 through July 2024 in relation to injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident. These services were billed directly to her insurance company, State Farm, under an approved claim.

Our rates for insurance billed/medically necessary care: $150 for 30-minute sessions and $300 for 60-minute sessions. These rates have been standard for over 8 years and are in alignment with regional norms for specialized therapeutic treatment.

As of today, there is an outstanding balance of $600.00 for services rendered, which neither Ms. ************ nor her insurance provider has settled. Upon learning that her insurance benefits had been exhausted, Ms. ************ became verbally aggressive and disruptive toward our staff during a visit to our studio. Due to this conduct and the unresolved billing, we have made the decision that Ms. ************ is no longer welcome at our facility.

While we have considered referring the matter to collections or pursuing action through small claims court, we have refrained in the interest of maintaining a peaceful and healing environment for our clients and staff. However, if necessary, we are prepared to move forward with those actions to recover the amount owed.

We take pride in our transparency, professionalism, and the therapeutic care we offer.

    Sincerely,
    **** ******
    Owner, Mile High Holistics
