I bought a Groupon for 3 sessions and used 2. On the second session, I was blindsided by an aggressive network marketing ploy ******* had set up in her waiting area. While ******* ran colonic sessions, her network marketing gal targeted *******'s clients who were waiting. I was kinda turned off, but hey... after 2020, who can blame a person for at least trying to create some extra income? I was also told on my second appointment that there was an additional discount, but ONLY for those who signed up with her network marketing stuff. (buy into the high pressure sales pitch, or NO SOUP FOR YOU!) ******* told me I didn't need to use the third session until several weeks had past, due to results of that day's colonic. Well life happened and I forgot about it until this past week. I contacted ******* to see if she would honor my third (expired) unused session. She said she would for a additional $20 fee, which is against Groupon policy. She offered a date that does not work with my schedule, so I asked for a different date. No, they do not offer Fri or ********** hours. So I went into June, and asked for a Monday my daughter will be in camp. She texted back "Out of town, sorry." In order to have a conversation with *******, her phone recording instructs you to text her. Then I asked if she had anything available that week of camp. Again, her response was, "No, sorry". There was no follow up whatsoever. I'm just annoyed at this point. So rather than texting again to ask the obvious question of when she might be back in the office, I've decided to just say forget it and leave multiple reviews about this clinic I do not recommend. If you see a Groupon for New Choices Plus, it's not a good deal, she's just hoping to lure in some suckers. She also has MANY 1 Star reviews on other platforms from MANY dissatisfied customers, over the course of MANY years.
