  They're a good value, courteous, and communicative. The rules are strict and may seem a bit draconian on first glance (for example, all visitors who enter the room must show ID at the front desk) but they're upfront about it, and it's clearly to mitigate crime/disturbances due to the area and price point.Front desk is 24 hours, cameras are on all public spaces, and snacks & basic toiletries are available for purchase.Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. I left behind a very small item of sentimental value and they went out of their way to help me retrieve it.The place shows its age, there's wear and tear inside and out, but it's cheap (I paid $400 for a week), it's clean, it's functional, and there's a sense of customer service. That goes a long way.

  Id stayed at this hotel two nights before I wasnt planning on staying again but decided to go ahead and do an extra day so when I went to the front to go renew my extra day, but there was a different woman at the front she said her name was ***** I had my eight-year-old child with me this entire time but when I went in this morning, this woman, ***** tried to collect my childs personal information as in his full name, his date of birth and his Social Security number, and I told her I wasnt comfortable giving her that information so she refused me service, and then ignored me and didnt wanna talk to me so then I had to hold up the line just to get her first name then she told me shes not comfortable giving me her last name and that she doesnt have to and it was just a red flag . I would stay away from this place far away from this place because it just isnt right especially if you have young children.
