      I wish I could rate this dealership lower than one star. I took my 2022 Road Glide in for its 5k service, the bike has 4500 miles on it. This service is basically a full fluid change. After the service, I got a call from their service department that my bike was not running well, e.g. running on one cylinder. Three weeks later I got my bike back. During that three weeks they literally stopped taking my calls, no communication during this time. At the end of three weeks their cause for the issue was bad spark plugs. I can't express what a bad experience this was, this is a bad service department. When I bought my bike from these guys, I bought the *** pre-paid service package - what a waste of money because I will never take my bike back to this service department. I own other brands of motorcycles too, and have experience with other dealers in the ****** area, so I do have a frame of reference of how a good dealership and proper service department work. Stay away from this dealership, they are bad news.

      First they had a completely different sign and price on the bike when we got there. Not sure how they come up with numbers, but we came in to buy a bike listed on their site for $4,977. They came back with an out the door number of $8,383 and blamed Broomfield taxes. Bro... 9% of 5000 is $450. Wtf is the rest of the money coming from????? That's more than the bike cost brand new! ????

      We were trying to buy a used bike, got a call from one the top sales people there, he talked to my husband first, then we called back and had him on speaker phone to be able to write down the $ numbers he was quoting us and the trade in value. I wrote down everything he said and all the dollar amounts he quoted to get us close to what we wanted to spend.. we were coming in with $20,000 cash and the trade in for the bike would be $4000 , So we loaded up our bike and drove 2 hours from ****** to get there, once we got there the person i believe his name was *****, didn't even acknowledge we were there . totally ignored us. We were handled by another sales person and ***** left the building without speaking to us. Long story short, the new person we were dealing with refused to honor the amounts that ***** quoted us and tried to sell us a more expensive bike. Were told that ***** said that's not what he told us, they claimed they record all their call but refused to let us listen the recording. We had to drive back to ******, without a deal, spending our gas/time and money. They are dishonest and we will not deal with them ever again.
