    Inquired and scheduled an appointment with business to fix a fourhwheeler. after 3 weeks I dont hear anything. Went to go pick it up and my fourhwheeler was damaged. full of water from sitting outside in the rain without the covers (plastics and seat) on. Chain very *****, and they ruined a brand new battery by leaving the key on. It sat in the back of their building for 3 weeks. I had to pay them $280 to get it back because they performed a diagnosis and never found the problem. Never contacted me.

    THIS CUSTOMER BROUGHT HIS 2009 ****** YZF 450 TO USE STATING THAT THE MACHINE STUTTERS UNDER LOAD, AFTER DOING A DIAGNOSTIC WE FOUND THAT THERE WAS LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS MACHINE, WE TESTING THE FUEL PRESSURE OF THE MACHINE WHICH WAS GOOD. AFTER WE TESTED THE FUEL PRESSURE WE ADJUSTED THE *** BACK TO SPEC(CUSTOMER YELLED AT ME STATING THAT IT WAS CORRECT AND THAT HE JUST DID THAT) AFTER THAT CONVERSION THE CUSTOMER FOUGHT ME ON ANY OF THE REPAIR I SUGGESTED AND TOLD ME HE WANTED TO PICK UP HIS MACHINE. I TOLD HIM OKAY BUT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TIME AND LABOR WE HAD IN IT TO PICK IT UP(CUSTOMER WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT EITHER). THERE WAS ORANGE SILCONE ON THE ***** COVER AND WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY(THERES SUPPOSED TO BE GASKETS THERE) AFTER THAT PHONE CALL THE *** SAT IN MY BACK LOT FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS TILL THE CUSTOMER CAME AND PICKED IT UP(HE WASNT HAPPY THAT I HAD THE PLASTICS OFF BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY TO HAVE ME PUT THEM BACK ON. AFTER CUSTOMER CAME AND PICKED UP HIS MACHINE HE CALLED 3 DAYS LATER STATING THAT HE FOUND SOME GUY THAT WORKS IN HIS GARAGE TO DIG INTO IT AND THERE WAS WATER IN HIS ENGINE. HIS MACHINE COULD HAVE NEVER GOT WATER IN HIS ENGINE SENSE THERE WAS NOTHING WE DID TO HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR WATER TO GET IN THE ****** IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN HELP WITH PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME VIA EMAIL *********************************** OR PHONE *************

    This is motorcycle service shop that is refusing to ***************, specifically on my tires which is a safety issue.

    Good Afternoon,

     

    We have a company policy that we do not work any motorcycle 20 years or older. It is posted in multiple places in our place of business. We are sorry we couldn't help you out. There are other shops in town who would be able to help you get a new tire on your machine.
