    They said they checked my United Healthcare plan and they were in-network, and turns out they are not and they billed me for $275 and I have no recourse. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO CHECK YOUR INSURANCE - TOTAL SCAM IMHO.

    Not Family Friendly - Truly Horrible Experience! I was blindsided and unprepared for the unprofessional and aggressive approach to an issue that a staff member had with the number of *recent* reschedule requests (due to the addition of a new baby). I do not refute the subject matter, and always made each request with over 72h notice, additionally, was never given a heads-up that warranted the unleashing that occurred during my visit with my 7yr old son. If this staff member raised the discussion with kindness, integrity, compassion, and professionalism, instead of INSULT and ATTACK, the discussion might have ended differently. After several years at **************** (with no prior history of the subject matter), our family (with 3-young children), is taking our vision needs to a practice that communicates and operates with respect towards their patients and their families.
