    On 1/19/2022 I went to ******* at the ************* gym facility in ****** for a consultation to inquire about personal trainer services. The consultation was a free service. After having the consultation I felt pressured into making a down payment , but I did not sign any contract for the program(s) offered at For Them Gainz Fitness. I paid ******* $100 as a down payment toward my first session (which hadn't occurred yet) which would be half of the full payment for the $540 I would end up paying for the month if i were to proceed and sign the contract for his program. The business would commit to provide the services once the payment for the program is received, the sessions take place and a contract is in place(Which I didn't sign at all) nor were any sessions performed). The next day I had a change of heart and realized the program is not in my budget and reached out to ******* to refuse the service and requested a refund. The transaction was through an electronic payment via Square. ******* refused to give me a refund and said that all sales are final even though no services had been provided. This issue was not resolved and my $100 was stolen from me. This is a serious matter and the public should know about *******'s intentions and deem him as running a fraudulent business.

    This is regarding Complaint ID #********. I did receive my money back from the business. I still feel that they are in the wrong, but refund has been resolved, feel free to resolve the complaint.
