During a family emergency my daughter dropped off my ****** for engine noise with Superior Engines. I was not in town while taking care of final arrangements and living facilities for my elderly mother. Superior engine owner, *****, told my daughter the engine must be replaced. She felt hi pressure tactics to sign the replacement agreement for $7000 dollars on the spot. The moment she signed the contract and he ran her credit card for $4500 he then said he wouldnt get to it for 30 days. I called ***** and left a message that with the hi miles on the car a $7000 engine did not make sense and to please call me back so we can pick the car up. ***** did not return mr call so I called ***** and left another message. *********************** did not return my call. My daughter called him and he called her back to tell her that she signed a contract and there were no exceptions to stop the the work. ***** then called me to inform me of the same and that he has a signed contract and would not negotiate. 1. Quite simply I want my car back that I own. I did not sign a contract approving work on a car I own. I want the car back without any additional work being done.2. ***** stated he already purchased $4000 of new engine parts but wouldnt produce any receipts. 3. ****** predatory hi pressure tactics are designed to take advantage of young women, I dont want other people to be taken advantage of.

this is false --the customer backed out of a legal contract--we said we can do a refund but had to see what we had in parts --in the interim the customer disputed the charges and told us ths--we said  we will solve this for **** dolor's and all bad reviews removed--- --we have a confirmed text from the customer agreeing to this --and then  we found out **** denied there dispute as it was erroneous 3 weeks after in a bad review from the daughter saying we didn't do a refund.they as well as us assumed  they would and had no way of knowing  they denied it --the customer didn't contact us first and  tell us it was  rejected she just gave US  a bad review -----we will do the following --do a refund of the ******* **** charge as a curtesy if they can show that the dispute was rejected and closed --we will also need this complaint dropped before any refund as per our agreement ---we also have text from the customer saying lied on the reviews  ---we did nothing wrong here and if pushed we will file a lawsuit to resolve this ---they where under 2 binding contracts and did not do their part --again --evidence of a rejected dispute and this and all other reviews removed as per our texts from him and a refund will be issued immediately--the customer did give us the ******* in a transfer so that part of the deal was taken care of on the customers end---
