      I ordered the Garden Romance Bouquet Premium for $100. What i got was a sad small arrangement that I could have picked up at a local grocery store for less than $15. When I contracted Veldkamps customer service they said that their pictures 'were approximate size'. That is a joke! They said that they would credit me $25. Big deal. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and this is what you send. You should really take a look at what you are creating for your customers and how you are treating them. ******************** are supposed to convey how you feel about someone, a celebration or even sympathies. Veldkamps has taken a life situation and made it a huge disappointment. Looks like fraud to me, advertising something that they dont deliver on. Think twice before ordering from this shop, I would choose another. I know I wont be back. I left a Yelp review also with pictures.
