    *********************** was recommended to us by my Insurance Broker. I didn't realize how bad our roof was. I called to make an appt. with him and he was here in a day or to!!! He got on our roof and totally inspected it, took over ************************************************************************************** 2023. We had to then work with our stupid insurance company to get payment. Once we did, ***** and the guys were here in days. They worked really hard and even had to replace some plywood. His team was very friendly and worked really hard. They had the whole project done in hours!! ***** is still helping us with our insurance company, because they don't seem to want to pay for the other damage done from that storm. If I could give higher than 5 stars, they'd/ he would get 10!!

    Have only good things to say about Valor!! They did a wonderful job replacing my roof and coordinating with the solar company! ****** is an absolute joy! Would definitely recommend Valor. They took care of everyting!!!

    ****** and ***** were very informative about the program. We tried to get the solar but our credit scores were too low. We definitely will be reaching out in the future once we billed it back up. Even though we didnt qualify right now, ***** Was kind enough to get on our roof and check for damage. We had no idea about the damage we had and he had stated what we can do going forward. He even said that hes able to help us once we get an estimate on the damage! ****** and ***** were great!

    I really appreciate Valors exemplary customer service. I never felt like I was being manipulated by a slick sales team trying to handle my objections. ****** and ***** are knowledgeable and personable. They attentively answered my questions and made sure I understood everything involved with the solar process. Total pros! The installation and set up went smoothly even with all the steps involved.     Valor installed our solar and most recently replaced our roof after we had hail damage. Both installations went smoothly, they kept us informed throughout the process. I recommend them!

    I agree with the other reviews. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Worst customer service, never return calls. If there's a problem with your solar they refer you to One Solar, who does the actual installation. One Solar is even worse. If I had the power, I'd put them out of business

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. I'm convinced they are scamming me out of my money and I plan to take legal action this week. They told me my solar panels would be up and running and saving me money within the first three months at the very latest. Three months passed and they had rescheduled the install multiple times. Then it became six months, then nine, at which point they did give me a PARTIAL refund of the money I'd lost on energy payments during which I was ALSO paying off the loan. It has now been 17 - yes, SEVENTEEN months since they guaranteed it would be done. They haven't returned calls or been in touch with me about the progress of installation over the last 8 months and I am STILL paying for both energy bills AND loan payments for the solar panels - basically a year and half after the job was supposed to be done. They kept telling me it was almost done, and then they just stopped communicating entirely. ******, S***** experience.

    Sales rep was very knowledgeable, but a bit deceitful. Assured me there would never be a time I have to pay both the solar panel loan and the electric bill again. And if the electric bill came after the loan payments began to just forward the electric bill to Valor for a full refund. I got a nearly $40 electric bill AFTER initiating loan payments. I forwarded the bill and emailed and texted Valor SEVERAL TIMES but was ignored until I threatened to contact a lawyer. Then was assured the bill was sent in for reimbursement and I'd be getting a check soon. This was over the months ago and still no check. I have written again multiple times and am again being ignored.
