A P Coins & Collectibles offers a limited return policy as a courtesy to its Buyers on most products. Coin cleaners and other chemicals cannot be returned as we cannot be assured that they have not been contaminated. Software cannot be returned as we cannot be assured that it has not been downloaded and installed. For all other products, A P Coins & Collectibles must be notified of any return by contacting A P Coins & Collectibles within fourteen (14) days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the condition of the merchandise until it is safely returned to A P Coins & Collectibles. All returns will be void if the returned item(s) have been damaged or otherwise modified from their original condition as shipped to the Buyer. All items sold to Buyer with outer retail packaging must be returned with the outer packaging intact and in good condition. A P Coins & Collectibles does not refund postage and handling charges or Buyer’s shipping costs to return item(s) to A P Coins & Collectibles (unless prior agreement has been made with Buyer). For items returned in resalable condition, no restocking charges will apply however there may a deduction for outbound shipping costs if a promotional shipping rate was selected on the order.
Returns are accepted for applicable products and must be completed within fourteen (14) business days from receipt. Buyers are required to notify A P Coins & Collectibles within five (5) business days the intent to return an item after which, return instructions and terms of the refund will be provided.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer unless there was an error in the processing of your order, in which case, return shipping will be paid for by A P Coins & Collectibles.
All packaging and contents must be original, complete and without damage. A P Coins & Collectibles assumes no obligation to accept or reimburse items lost or damaged during return shipping. Tracked and insured shipping is highly recommended for all returns.
OUR RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Due to the volatile market pricing of precious metals, A P Coins & Collectibles does not accept returns on "Bullion" or "Sovereign" products and as such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Cancellations or returns will not be accepted on special order items.
