  Ross was my contact. He explained the process every step of the way. He contacted my insurance and submitted the invoices on my behalf. Ross was great to work with. He did an exceptional job!

  We would highly recommend the services provided by Liebler & Leblanc. Like so many last Spring we were the recipients of a hailstorm. Our home and fence were damaged and in need of repair. Project Manager David Wolff stopped by our home and discussed what needed to be done. We are so glad we chose Liebler & Leblanc. Even though they were dealing with multiple homes we were always kept up to date with the repair process and given a specific timeline for our repairs. David Wolf was exceptional with his communication. And, most importantly, the repair work was of the highest quality. If we're ever in need of home repairwork again, L&L will be the first folks we call.

  They did a great job with roof replacement and house repainting and other damage repairs from a hail damage. They are very professional, responsive in their communication and handled all the insurance claim process and inspections in a timely manner. I am glad I chose L&L. Great quality service overall.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Liebler and Leblanc for a shingle replacement project on my house and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to quality were evident in every aspect of their work. I would say “A job well done!!”.

  We dealt with a nightmare situation of a roofer after the major hail storm in 2023, and it left us genuinely not knowing who to trust. Dealing with Jae at L & L, legitimately changed our views on everything! He was extremely helpful, informative, fast to respond, and always available. The process of getting our roof replaced, all of our gutters and downspouts, house painted, and interior drywall from water damage tuned into one of the best and easiest experiences we ever could have imagined. We will absolutely be calling back for any future needs, and referring them to everyone we know! We can't say enough about how helpful Jae was throughout the entire process, and how much we appreciate it.

  L&L CONTRACTING just replaced our roof. The crew were very professional and the roof looks amazing! Our rep .was Jae B , he did excellent job with answering all the questions and he was always on the job to make sure everything goes well . Great quality work , and I will highly recommend this company !!!

  Not providing Final invoice with Bill of materials and Labor costs . when I asked Ross and his manager about final invoice , I was pointed out to estimate that provided for Insurance which is totally unacceptable. I asked them multiple times but they refuse to provide the invoice and started threatening for the final invoice. I can conclude that the company is not doing fair business and billed more money.

  Although we are sorry you feel this way, our contract that you signed clearly states that we are working for insurance proceeds; the work and the price that is dictated by your insurance company. Our invoices referenced the agreed upon prices from your insurance company's scope of loss. Also, at no point in our conversations nor in our contract did we say that we would give you our material and labor prices as this is private information. It became clear that you wanted to see our profit margins to pay less than what your insurance company provided you with, effectively committing insurance fraud. We are not in the business of committing insurance fraud.
