    Over the past 4.5 years Heartland Tax Solutions has been paid in excess of $10,000 to enter into settlement agreements with the *** for both Federal and State Tax Debts. I paid the initial fee twice because Heartland claimed that the pandemic delayed settlements and they needed more money to continue my case. After the pandemic, a representative from Heartland contacted me and requested that I pay them the initial fee once again. I refused to do so and requested a detailed "Proof of Work" be sent to me so I could understand what was taking so long with my settlement agreements. To date, I have never received anything. I am being pursued by the *** and the ********* of ******* and I am going to have to hire another company for Tax Relief.

    Paid this company to help resolve and come up with payment plan for IRS and to see if they can cut my penalties. I was given several different representatives, called several times no return call. I received an email to give them monthly payments now. I would like to know exactly what I paid for and the services they provided me.

    I reached out to Heartland Tax to help with my *** issues. I was originally changed $1500 and was told this would be a one time charge to get a satisfactory resolution for my issue. The matter dragged on for about 2 years with me having to fight to get in touch with someone every time I would try to get an update on my case. Finally I was giving a resolution of making a payment to the *** $800 month! I informed them this would mean me living in the street, and there was no possible way I could afford that amount. So after going and back and forth a man named ***************************** ********************************** reached out and said I need to send another $1400 to move my case forward. I didn't have the $1400 so he said I could send it in 2 payments of $700. But they could not do any work until they had the whole $1400. After they took the 1st $700 something to me just didn't feel right. So I reach out and said I decided not to move forward and I would figure things out on my own. I asked could they please send my $700 back, and have not been able to get in touch with anyone since.

    I am extremely disappointed and to be quite honest....FURIOUS over the lack of ******************************* with Heartland Tax Solutions as a company. This was NOT my experience when I used the firm a few years back. I'm scratching my head as to what the issue is....I've mentioned to you *****************************..in no uncertain terms.... that communication is a CRITICAL deal for me...ESPECIALLY if i'm spending money for a product or service.I've hired their firm to provide a tax service to me and have paid their firm...in advance...the full $3000 dollars that **** said was needed to handle my issue. While that *** not seem like much money to you or your firm....it's a TREMENDOUS amount of money for me. They said you assigned my case to some mystery woman named "*****" who apparently is perpetually out sick, because I've NEVER heard back from her. (after calling her twice) **** gave her my number to call ...and again she has NEVER responded. I shouldn't HAVE to call their firm....they should call me!I've asked to be assigned to another person...because she was out sick....if she can't do it...and NOTHING! If nobody is answering my correspondence or returning my calls for OVER A MONTH...Then what am I left to believe about this company?No phone call...no email....no correspondence in the mail.. to at least...show me things are in motion.....NOTHING!!! I signed POA forms and I don't even know if they got sent to the **** so that they know this firm is representing me. Here we are just about 5 months into me initially contacting you....your firm takes my $3000...and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!I want to give them an opportunity to fix this...at this point, it is not salvageable. My attorney is now involved and we are seeking all legal rights and remedies that are available in an effort to refund my $3000 back.

    We hired Heartland Tax Solutions starting in 2018 to help us with a tax issue. We have paid them over 13k. To this point we are not able to contact them and ***** will return our emails or calls. They have not done what we paid them for. Last email was in Oct 2022 stating they would contact us the next day with an update. The process was supposed to take ***** months. During the time we have been dealing with them we have had atleast 6 different case managers over our case and all have said the others messed something up and they have to fix it. We spoke with ***************************** in Sept 2022 asking for a refund and for the owners to contact us and we have receive nothing. At this point, we have hired another law firm and would like a refund bc nothing was accomplished as promised.
