    I placed an order with Colorado 4x4 for a tent on December 30, 2024 (Order #****). I followed up by calling customer support on January 8, 2025, to ask for an estimated delivery date and was told the tent would arrive in March.On March 26, 2025, I called again and was told it would now arrive in April.On April 16, 2025, I received a call from the owner, who explained there were issues due to tariffs. He said he would follow up with me in two weeks with a resolution or update, but I never heard back.Since then, Ive made multiple attempts to get in touch:May 6, 2025 Called for an update, no response May 19, 2025 Called multiple times, sent an email, and sent a text message May 21, 2025 Called several more times and sent another email Despite these efforts, no one has returned my calls, texts, or emails. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially given that the tent was originally promised months ago and is now urgently needed for use in ******* this point, I am requesting a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled immediately. I have tried to resolve this directly with the company but have been met with silence.

    Ordered the *** in June 2024 through another company who carried 4x4 Colorado products. Was told the item takes 4-6 weeks to ship. After 8 weeks of no update I emailed both 4x4 Colorado and the other company. To which I was told it would be shipping/delivered by 6 September. 6 September came and went and I was told it would be shipping this week as it was ready to go. Still no shipping update almost 90 days later. I hate to take the complaint to this level but I have gotten the run around of different ship dates each time I ask.

    In March of 2023 I purchased a rooftop tent from **************************. the shipping was delayed due to weather and arrived a few weeks late. I had been in communication with ***** the owner of ************************** due to the delay. He requested I contact him as soon as the product arrived and confirm it's condition. This was done on March 15, 2023 when the ** Carriers delivered my tent. Before unloading the tent from the truck damage was observed photographed and sent to *****. He assured me an insurance claim would be filed and a new tent would be shipped. He stated that the tent couldn't be resold and asked if I knew anyone who I could donate the existing tent to. I said I did and he proceeded to inform me that the insurance claim could take up to 6 to as long as 8 months to process. I was in continuous contact with him and he assured me the claim was in process. On March 25, 2024 I sent a final email requesting an update no further contact was made by ******. On March 26, 2024 I received an email from ***** ******* saying my insurance claim had been denied due to not receiving my claim until 15 days post delivery. This is completely incorrect due to the fact I have text to ****** a the time of delivery with photos showing the damage before it left the truck. Additionally for almost a year no mention of a delay in or request for additional information. At this point I feel the company is completely dishonest and will also file a complaint with the ***************************** and the ************************** for fraud.

    I ordered the **** ELITE HARDSHELL ROOFTOP TENT (KING SIZE BED) on November 19, 2023.I received the tent on February 16th at about 12:30pm PST.I opened it and popped the tent up and noticed mold on the mattress in the tent. Immediately I called the company, he said to send pictures, so I emailed them pictures.I expressed my complaint, seeing as its thousands of dollars on a brand new product that took months to get to me.As you can imagine I do not want to sleep on mold, so I have not been able to use it to see if it works properly, Im sure it does. Please help me resolve the issue.Thank you very much!If you need anymore information please let me know!

    They sent me a gift card for $300, but the mattress on their website is $400. So I dont think its unreasonable to ask for $400 plus tax and shipping.

    We sent River a new mattress to replace the molded one which took a short amount of time because we had to source the replacement (no charge because its covered under our 5 year warranty), we will be sending one of our upgraded cloud comfort air/foam mattresses as soon as we receive them for no charge, we already put the order for the upgraded mattress in our system so we can make sure it gets sent out right away. We also sent him a $300 gift card to our store as reconciliation for the mattress taking time to get there. We were told by ***** that he would remove the complaint on the BBB.
