    I purchase E liquid and vaporizer cartridges from here. I went approximately a week ago to get my 2 bottles of vape juice. Upon arriving home I opened the bottle of banana ice and filled a brand new tank. Upon trying the juice it tasted rotten and or stale. I went today to exchange the aforementioned bottle of e-juice at which point I was told that they can't return it at all or anything because it was open. How was I supposed to know if it was good or bad without opening it and trying it? I believe these practices there aren't fair I think it's kind of a Hustle and I just wanted to file a complaint

    I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience in our store. I know it can be frustrating getting juice that is not up to your standards. As a retailer it puts us in a tough spot to cover juice once it has left the store, especially a few weeks later, as we have unfortunately had customers use up a bottle, fill it with water or other bad juice and claim it tasted funny, or went bad. While we dont think this is something you have done, our general policy to not exchange juice once its left the store especially after a few weeks, we would love to make this right for you. If you have a rewards account with us I can give you credits worth 2 new bottles, or if youd just like to come back to one of our stores, I can set it up to get you a couple replacement bottles that way as well.
