    I made a reservation on ************************. I uploaded my license and put my additional contact on the online check in process. When I went to the store the manager Mr. ****** was not inside the store. He came inside smelling like cigarette which was setting my allergies off. I gave him my phone number associated with the reservation as that was what he asked for. I gave him my license to verify. He then asked me for an additional contact. I stated I do not have one that I put one on the reservation already. He then again raises his voice and tells me he needs another contact. I said again I already put that on the reservation. He then goes stop yelling and I was not yelling. He keeps escalation the situation for no reason. The information was already all provided and I was ready to pay and pick up the truck. He then goes off on me and yells at me that he is not giving me at truck and to get out of the store. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was told on the phone sometimes they need another contact because of mutual assurance. No where is that stated on the website pre check In. I do not have any other contacts and if he would take the time to explain that in a polite manner then we could have figured that out. The transportation manager was also extremely rude because I asked for a mileage credit to compensate for my loss time and all I asked for was the few miles difference between the stores. Uhaul also guaranteed I would have a truck with my reservation and that is $50. There was absolutely no reason for Mr. ****** to get so rude and escalate things when I did nothing wrong. Uhaul are the ones playing games and breaching contract and falsely advertising.
