    This occurred over the past 2 weeks.They were paid approx. $50 through Groupon 1 hr handyman service Business refuses to provide service, won't respond to emails, calls, ****************** Business has made zero attempt to resolve the problem, only exacerbating the issue by intermittent email communication with rude behavior.

    This customer used our ******************** through Groupon back in 2021. He didnt like our services so in October 21, 2021 he reached back out after purchasing another Groupon from us and I notified him to get a refund and notified Groupon also to refund his money because he doesnt like our services. After ******* kept sending vulgar emails and text messages we blocked him from our system. Groupon has already refunded him there is nothing for us to refund. We have not been affiliated with Groupon for over 9 months because everyone they sent us was like this gentleman rude and vulgar. We do not wish to do business with these type of people.
