      My windshield got a crack in it on 3/3/24, so that same day, I found a Groupon for windshield replacements by Auto Glass Denver Pros. I called them and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The man I spoke with on the phone said I do not need to purchase the Groupon to get the deal and to instead, "just tip the guys." He said they only accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. The next day, the two men from Auto Glass Denver Pros came to my apartment and replaced my windshield. It did not take them too long, I sent them the money ($250 cost + $50 tip) via Venmo then they left. On 3/14/24, I noticed a stress crack on my newly replaced windshield. I immediately called Auto Glass Denver Pros, and they said there is a 30 day warranty and that they will take a look. They told me to call back that Saturday (3/16/24) or Monday (3/18/24). They did not answer the phone on Saturday, so I left a message. I followed up on Monday, and they did not answer their phone despite calling a few times. Later that day, I called from another number, and they answered immediately. I told them I was waiting on a call from them to schedule a time for them to look at my windshield and replace it under the warranty. They said they were busy and would have to call me back the following day. The next day (3/19/24), I waited all day for a call and never received one. I finally called them around 6:30 p.m., and they answered, saying they were busy with a job and would need to follow up with me. Again, I did not hear from them the next day. I called the end of the next day, with no answer. I called a few times the following day with no answer. I also texted them requesting a call back. As of 3/21/24, I noticed they blocked my number, and I am unable to even get ahold of them. I have attempted calling them from other phone numbers, but have still not been able to reach them.
