    Originally was going to stay at hotel for 4 days. Hotel put $384.48 on hold on my card. Next morning I checked my bank and they also added $****** on hold. There was no reason for this. When ask at front desk they claimed they did not do this. I showed them the bank transaction to prove they did. I did call the bank to verify. They supposedly wrote a credit but processed the $384.48 as a sale. This left the ****** still on hold. The room was $79.99 a night. I had to check out after 2 days due to an emergency early in the morning. I went back to the hotel later that night to get a receipt and was told because I check out after 2 days they were changing the rate to $120.00 a night after I had already checked out. After 4 days they still have all my money. I did check with my bank and nothing has been credited. They basically tried to steal the $****** thinking I would not notice.

    the hotel now claims I stayed 5 nights but I only stayed 2. They also claimed I paid cash and they have a no cash returned. I used a credit card. Everytime they are talked to they have a different story in why they are keeping to rest of the money

    Our records show he was charged only ****** for his stay he got a special rate. The special rate applies only if he stays the nights he book. If he leaves early the computer automatically charges the higher rate. He was informed of this when he checked out. He could have disputed with hid cc company. we have no proof he did that. also he tried to dispute with ******, But when choice tried to get ahold of him they had no luck. *************** BOOK AS A ******* RATE AND IF HE CHECK OUT EARLY THEN HE HAVE TO PAY REGULAR BAR RATE AND THAT WAS ****** + TAX SO IF HE LIKE THE WILL REFUND THE DIFFRANCE. AND CHOICE HOTELS TRYING TO CALL ME BUT PHONE GETTING DISCONECT. LOOKS LIKE THEY WORK HOME.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    These people are crooks. They sent an invoice to choice hotels showing I was there for 6 days. I have the original choice hotel paper showing I was there only 2 days also a letter from my company showing I was there 2 days not 6. There was no one up when I checked out and was told nothing.  They also told choice hotels I payed cash and there was no refund for paying in cash . They  are doing everything they can to keep all my money. They also took another $261.36 and held it for another 6 days they were not authorized to do. Check there reviews and you will see they have done this to other people as well

    As you can see in the attachment the reservation for ********************* is through a third party (Expedia), We do not receive any payments from *********************, and so it is a no cancel reservation. We cannot make any modifications to this reservation. Modifications are subject to third party company(please try contacting them). As there is no transaction record between Quality Inn and ********************* a refund cannot be provided.
