    Heres our review .We bought A kennel in 2016 from your company the locks and hinges on both doors Were worn out so bad that they needed replace you wanna $700 to replace two doors so we decided to get a whole new kennel which we paid double for in February paid in full!!! You assured me the quality was much better thats why the prices were so high compared to 2016 You also assured me that the kennel would be done by the ************ out in May it wouldnt be done till June finding out in June it wouldnt be done till July finding out July it wouldnt be done till August finding out in August you cant even give us an ETA!!!! With us reaching out to you you not reaching out to the customer which is so frustrating and not promptly returning messages!!!And heres the kicker thinking Im getting a returned message from you Im getting Marketing advertisement for $200 and $100 off another kennel for new customers but your excuses that youre so behind and short staffed but yet your marketing and selling to new customers when the old customers have not been taken care of and then you say youre training new people thats why theres a delay now six months and now we have to worry about the quality After paying thousands of dollars for this item we have no idea when were going to receive And what kind of quality it will be.Now they wont return any of our messages or phone calls !! Refuse to give us our money back said it was already built and they were going to give us a tracking number after waiting six months and we have not heard from them at all not returning any of our calls or emails I am actually blocked from their phone number to contact them now !
