My 2010 ****** RAV4 had a warrant recall for the paint which was flaking off in chunks. The ****** dealership arranged to have it repainted by Highlands Ranch Collision Center. I scheduled to drop my car off on July 20th and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete. In the meantime, I had to rent a car which ****** would later reimburse me for. 4-weeks came and went without a single communication from anybody. I had to call THEM to see what the status was and every time I was told that it would be one more week. It's now been 7-weeks and I have a $3000 Hertz rental bill that grows by the day and NO estimate of when my car will be done. 4-weeks ago, I was told that my car was disassembled and ready for paint. I was told the exact same thing yesterday, September 6th. Every person that I've spoken with has been incredibly rude and not at all forthcoming with information. I do know that there was at least a 1-week delay because they broke something on my car and had to order parts. That's ANOTHER issue; when I asked about the broken part(s), I was told "well, that's the auto body business". Worst experience I have EVER had with any type of company

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

**** was a pleasure to work with and explained everything to my satisfaction and then some.

I chalk this up to simple miscommunication and would highly-recommend Highlands Ranch Collision!

    Sincerely,
