    we had this company do a complete motor rebuild, new heads, pistons, new cam, lifters, crank, etc. We had it towed to them on 7/2/20,they had the vehicle for 9 months and we paid 15K for the rebuild. We got the vehicle back on 4/2/21 and it broke down/failed again on 8/15/22. We contacted RPM and scheduled an appointment and had it towed to RPM on 8/25/22 for them to do a diagnostic on it. My vehicle sat outside RPM for 7 months with no diagnostic done, no communication done. I emailed them to get an update, I text them to get an update, I called to get an update, I went to their shop to get an update and no response. After attempting for 7 months to get some information as to what is wrong with my car I had it picked up and towed to another company. We sent an email to RPM letting them know what the mechanic found wrong with my car and it was due to poor workmanship form RPM that caused catastrophic failure. We asked that they respond within 3 working days (by 6/30/23) to give them a chance to make things right and we have yet to hear back from them. When we had our engine rebuilt by RPM *********************** stated that they stand by all the work that they do. We are asking them to keep at their work and pay for the repairs that need to be done since we would not be in the situation ha the work been done correctly.

    Hello,

    We have finally been in communication with RPM.  We are hopeful that since RPM is now communicating with us that we will find a positive resolution.  We would like to hold off on posting anything on the BBB site until we give RPM a chance to make things right.  Can we put our complaint on hold?

    We have been in contact with the customer as of ****** . They were contacting us via our old and no longer used email. This vehicle failed outside of our warranty period but we are still working to find a reason for the failure and working towards covering their out of pocket cost and helping them fix the vehicle and get them back on the road.
