      We had a lady named ***************************** assist a client who felt like he needed help in designing his kitchen. She caused nothing but headaches and delays. Continuously missing parts on her orders. The additional charges that she convinced the customer to buy were unnecessary. She made a habit of blaming others for her mistakes. Do yourself a favor and save yourself money and run the other direction.

We always do right by our clients, and the client on this project was more than satisfied with the work that we did and the process as a whole. Considering your involvement with the project was as the general contractor who was fired by the client due to poor and unsafe quality of work (specifically referring to the electrical work), we do not feel your assessment of our efforts are fair or accurate.
