******************************* Partners, a subsidiary of United Bridge Partners is not to charge city residents for tolls if a transponder is present and profile complete. They are charging hundreds residents that do not owe fees and not paying them back before interest is accrued. This is tens of thousands of dollars being mishandled over several months. My individual incident:1. On 2/15/24 I sent an inquiry regarding charged accrued but not yet charged to ensure they would not be charged to my card. The inquiry was marked resolved but was not.2. My credit card was charged erroneously for fees not incurred for $32.00 on 02/27/24.3. I called on 2/29/24 informing the charge needed to be reversed. I was informed I was correct, the charge was not supposed to be processed. I was told they "try" to fix things in "about 2 weeks". I asked how to escalate if this is not corrected and was told there is not an escalation process. Even though I had money taken from me that did not belong to them there was no way to check progress, confirm it would be corrected, or escalate if my previous timely attempts were not addressed.4. I waited patiently but 3/19/24 had to send another inquiry. I received a call this would be resolved in approximately 3-5 business days and the charges would be removed from my credit card.5. It is now 4/4/24. I have yet to receive my refund and sent another inquiry asking if they will be paying any interest incurred due to the fee not being reversed after several contacts. It is now past 30 days and interest will be incurred. They are not releasing my funds and expect they will not cover the interest they've incurred. This is not about expected future events though, they've already charged my and not fixed it for over 30 days with no guarantee of when it will be corrected, if they will cover interest or way to escalate. Bridge Partners is surely earning interest on funds they've stolen from residents and taking their time to resolve.

We have made the needed adjustments. Due to high traffic for accounting it took a little longer than normal to process the return on payment. We have processed that, and the customer's account is now reading properly at $0.00 with Resident Discounts in place.

    Hello,

On 04/23/24 the $32 charge was finally properly reversed from my card.  I did request my card be removed from Bridge Partners site to ensure this does not happen again.  It has not been but I will follow up with them on that matter.  Thank you for your help in getting my funds returned to me.
