    This address is the same and the seller was **** ****, however you have only Aston Martin as the car, mine is **** **** ALFA ****** Same guy, same business.I bought a brand new 2024 ********** from them Feb. 6, 2024. The car at approx. ****** started having issue after issue. This all started in ******. It has been in for safety recall after safety recall, engine light that wont go off and is unsafe, collapsing brake pedal, car dies and uses battery up and they dont know why. I called in ****** told ****** the repair person at **** **** Infiniti, which is where they threw me after all their Alfa ***** techs left from the Aston Martin building. ******** had NO loaners to give me and told me there were 38 cars ahead of me!! I left it beg of Sept and after 11 days no one called and so I picked up my car and paid 200 to get it diagnosed since they had no repair people to work on my warranted NEW car. So now it is nearly end of Nov. I STILL do NOT have a working car. I finally went down there and complained to get a loaner since they couldnt fix the car.The GM at the time **** *., was referred to me by **** who used to be the *** **** started communicating with me they were working to get me out of the lease as they knew the car had issues. Now he was fired, no one calls me back. I have NEVER in my life bought a NEW car and ever had anything close to this horror.Since they cannot fix the car and I want nothing to do with this horrific dealership, I am requesting to be taken out of my lease WITHOUT penalty to me, since I have NOTHING to do with an inoperable LEMON vehicle. They should never have sold a car that cannot be fixed and has recall after recall. In addition, I have paid to have it towed and the Alfa ***** number service gave me to tow, doesnt even have any record of my sale!My bill of sale number from the receipt is *******

    The dealership has had communication with the customer. She is electing to try lemon law directly with the manufacturer as she has had different issues.  Her vehicle is currently repaired, and we have provided her alternative transportation while being repaired and at her request we extended alternative transportation until she deals with some personal issues.
