I've taken my computer and my mother's computer to be serviced by PC Answers. The technicians are experts with technology and the mechanics of devices. An explanation of the problem was provided and I was contacted during the process to receive updates. The service quote was reasonably priced...PC Answers

******* at PC Answers replaced my battery on my 2017 laptop and did the accompanying charge, drain, charge. He also cleaned up my computer so that it runs like it did when it was new. All for a very fair price and quickly. I recommend him highly and will continue to go to his shop when I have issues with my laptop which I can now continue to use for at least a few more years.PC Answers
