    9/23/24 Foam injection to level our front steps and back patio and seal concrete cracks. Overall the job was complete although my expectation of how to resolve was somewhat different. The job was done in the morning and when reviewing at end of my work day, I noticed two cracks were not sealed. One was actually started and simply not finished. I called the business and was told to send pics and send an email regarding the affected areas. I did as requested. I left three messages for the owner, *****, and no response. I expect he thinks he is good since he was paid, but I really just want a completed job as any customer would expect. Thanks.

    We heired this company to lift a patio slab that had settled about two inches. They did the job well. However, a week later the slab started to sink and continued to this day. I made numerous attempts to have them resolve the issue, no response.Now they don't answer the phone or text messages with pictures of the slab settling back down.I would like them to simple resolve the problem.

    My concrete was damaged during the leveling process. Upon contacting CreteJack to determine if the damage was part of what their contract says they aren't responsible for, I was given a very hard time. They said they always take pictures of their work but are refusing to provide the pictures and have now told me that any future questions I have will be directed to their attorney. I have asked for the attorney's contact information and have not received a response. Because CreteJack is unresponsive, I asked for a quote to have repairs done by another company and would like to hire them. I want copies of all pictures taken of my property by CreteJack and/or their affiliates before, during, and after the leveling, and I want a full refund that I can use to hire another company to repair the damage.
