      I brought items into this store on 4/19 and 5/7 to consign. When you go to bring items into them, they do not itemize what you're bringing nor are pictures taken. I wrote down for myself what I took in. I brought in a ***** purse, Lululemon yoga pants and another name brand items. I went back into the store before 60 days when they **** the items down (they donate after 90) to see what was sold and still on the store to see what was still there. Out of 9 items, I found 1. Nothing is on the floor yet they're telling me my stuff has not been sold. I asked about my ***** purse and Lululemon yoga pants and was told they didn't know. The ***** purse would have been in the display case where they keep high end items and it was not there. The guy looked in the back and also said it wasn't there. This is a very unethical establishment. Apparently it says somewhere in the contract that they're not responsible for items that are lost or damaged. Which means somebody's walking around with my ***** purse I got $0 for. There are more and more reviews on Yelp about this happening. Something needs to be done! I told the guy I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and his response was "ok".

      Hello ***** we are very sorry that you had a bad experience with us. If you would like to come in and give us a opportunity to make it right on the purse we would like to do that for you. We also located your other items that are on the floor if you would like to pick those up as well. Again we apologize that you had a bad experience with us. You can come in any day that works best for you.
