      The reason behind my dissatisfaction with CHBO was the services I received early on with the photographer and writer and ******* Video and previous agent. See below. Photographer - I had to tell him to take pictures of the Courtyard. He also did not take any pictures of the surrounding areas. I had to make a trip to the property to take pictures of the area restaurants/movie theatre/park. Lastly the pictures he took made the rental unit seem smaller than it actually is. Not very attractive at all. Also no guidance was received by the previous assigned CHBO agent on how to show the property.Writer - The writer wrote a very generic representation of the property. Almost looked like a copy and paste. Made no mention of the walkable restaurants, movie theatre and more importantly direct access to the Red Line *************************. CHBO Dashboard showed a lot of traffic but I definitely felt like I lost out on a lot of potential renters due to the fact that the above information was left out.******* Video - honestly I have to say this was a joke. It was a slide show. Something today's technology would allow me to recreate in minutes.This is the main reason...Previous agent - I was assigned an agent who did not work full time but I paid a full time price. This was unacceptable as the agent was not available on certain days and definitely not responding to my queries.I am requesting a refund for the reasons above.

      We have reviewed your complaint and during our research and found that CHBO has done everything that was promised.  The reason CHBO does certified photos is to certify the property, Property owner, and Property location for our corporate clients looking to validate the property owner.  This we have done.  We only photograph the actual property and not the surrounding area as stated in our CHBO photo terms which I see that the Trinidad has agreed to our CHBO photo terms and conditions which outline this process before we started.  The photos are very large .jpeg files and we can send these to you if you'd like.  As far as the agent, **** was re assigned to your account upon your request. She has also agreed to the terms and conditions and no refund policy prior to purchasing a platinum package.  CHBO has also honored the 30-day guarantee to find a renter and have added this to Trinidad's account.

      I am rejecting this response because:I was assigned a part time employee when I paid a full time employee price. A part time employee was not noted in CHBO terms and conditions. **** was assigned only after I had complained about paying a full-time employee price and getting a part time employee.  Also, I do not agree about the experience I had with CHBO. It was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. Please also note that I did try to call the owner and he refused to call me back.

      As I mentioned to the BBB representative over the phone...  I truly feel like I am being blackmailed. 

      The company admitted after their re-review they are at fault.  I will accept the refund without being blackmailed.  They can mail a check to *************************************************************

      I also request the company not reach out to me directly.  They also emailed me this response.  BBB vehicle should be used for communication about this matter.
