    I am writing to express my frustration and deep disappointment with a recent experience I had as a loyal Nordstrom customer. I purchased a pair of ***** sunglasses online with the option to pick up in-store at the Nordstrom Rack located in the *************, *******. To my shock, when I opened the package, the box was completely empty.Feeling understandably embarrassed, I immediately returned to the store, only to be treated poorly by the manager on duty, who made me feel as though I was lying. Despite the clear issue, I was informed that the store could not help and that I needed to contact ************************ for a refund. This led to multiple calls with .com customer service, where I was treated unprofessionally and repeatedly redirected back to the store.Finally, I received a more helpful response from the manager at the *********** Nordstrom location, but due to the issue originating with the ************* store, she referred me back to the store manager there, ****** ******. My interactions with *** ****** were even more concerninghe hung up on me during our first conversation, and when I was finally able to speak with him, he raised his voice and again directed me back to .com without offering any resolution. Additionally, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was nothing further they could do for ***** a long-time Nordstrom customer and someone who works in customer service myself, I am shocked and appalled by how this situation has been handled. The lack of accountability, respect, and professionalism Ive encountered throughout this process is unacceptable.
