    From Feb- *** my daughter took aerial classes at ********. I purchased what I thought was "4-packs" as they were advertized as such on the site. However, the purchase was recurring. For the months of April *** and June I was charged for 2 recurring monthly memberships without my knowing. When I brought this up to the owner she refused to refund me for both "memberships" I asked her for the form that I might have signed agreeing to a membership which she could not provide. As our last visit was one time in early ***, I feel that the owner charged my card on purpose for *** twice without my knowledge and continued to do so in June. This is a fraudulent business practice. I would like to be refunded for the secondary membership in *** and refunded for both in June. Total refund of $430.50 ($143.5 each)

    Both of the memberships (monthly passes - we have a contract stating this is an autopay charge which ******* acknowledged) we purchased by Crystal - not charged by an employee of the company. She physically had to submit payment for both and select both at check out. Several of our members have multiple passes because their children take 8 classes as opposed to 4 per month. When she reached out we immediately cancelled both membership's auto payments so that she will not be charged again. 

    Additionally, she is NOT a client of Selenite Studio but of Amethyst Aerial Arts LLC. So this complaint is being filed under the incorrect business.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As I only had one person attending, very infrequently, and **** is likely a savvy business woman who audits her financials monthly, I have very little doubt that she knew I was overpaying, and had 2 "subscriptions" that were unused. Also the package I purchased was a "4 pack" and I certainly did not agree to get charged monthly. As far as this being a separate business, it is one and the same, as they are run out of the same place and with same ownership. 

    I would like a refund.
