We had a house fire on December 10, 2020 We had nothing but troubles with this company, Charged for services not rendered, but they did retract the charges when confronted, workers not showing ** in a timely manner, and drinking on the job, the workers were spoken to, but they kept drinking on the job anyways. Workers are not supervised, language barrier non-English speaking or very little English had some personnel property damaged that was never replaced. The deadline was missed on 3 separate occasions. The porta pot construction used is still sitting in our yard 10 months later even though ALL Phase has been informed of it. July 4, 2022, Basement Fire water heater, electrical and plumbing damage 6 months after All phase completed original construction. All Phases replaced the water heater, electrical, and plumbing, initial cause of the fire was undetermined, but All phases moved fast to get stuff fixed which made me really wonder before our insurance company could investigate, photographs were taken and the insurance company did question the electrical. Today October 10, 2022, I found out that All Phase did all the plumbing, and electrical without obtaining a permit the superintendent said it was emergency work, to my understanding even in emergency situations a permit is to be obtained! The gas was shut off at my house and *********** stated they need a final inspection report to turn it back on. The superintendent of all Phase Restoration stated all we need is a pressure test done by a plumber. Why should I have to pay for that when I paid 7 thousand assuming the job would be done correctly? The superintendent stated it was because we fired All phases and went with another Restoration Company, that's incorrect, the insurance company went with another restoration Company and I have an email from All Phases stating they would be there for the final inspection, I was not aware a permit was not pulled until yesterday October 10, 2022.

Regretfully this review is not entirely accurate or complete. The property sustained a second fire unrelated to the first fire. The home is very remote in ****, **., with somewhat challenging access and no proximity to supply houses. The claim also exceeded policy limits, creating a constant challenge. There were delays and missed appointments, we accept that as accurate. Many were due to inspection delays with the governing county and out of our control, This is proof we DID pull necessary permits and follow all proper state regulations. The porta-let was set by the previous contractor that had working on the loss. We tried to get the company to remove the unit but to no avail. The gas line in question was nowhere near or a part of our scope of work. This was shut down not by All Phase and unrelated to our scope. In closing, there were challenges but not anywhere near what is represented as our fault or responsibility.

This company ( All Phase) comment is not totally accurate, in the 1st fire policy limits were exceeded this is correct. Also, we paid 20 thousand dollars out of our own pocket due to policy limits being exceeded in the 1st fire. Permits and state regulations were followed on the first fire this is correct. If the asbestos company who was the first contractor on site placed the porta pot and All Phase tried numerous times to have them remove the porta pot. Why were we charged by All Phase over a thousand dollars for the porta pot, because All Phase was the 2nd contractor on site and the construction workers used the porta pot, therefore if All Phase is charging me for it and workers were using it, then All phase should have removed the porta pot I have the receipt where All Phase charged us for it. If this is incorrect I would like the thousand dollars back. The home is not in a remote area it is less than a half mile off of hwy 285 a major highway and none of our community neighbors have trouble accessing our or their homes. The 2nd fire is my focus the fire in the basement NOT the 1st fire the 2nd. Where no permit was pulled for the electrical, replacement of the water heater, or plumbing. I spoke with the Contractor licensing Chief inspector who stated when any major work like that is being done a permit is to be pulled. I also spoke with the *********** District Manager who stated All Phase was out there when the gas line was locked out due to it is *********** policy to shut the gas line down when electrical lines are involved and heat due to it becomes a safety issue it doesn't matter if the gas line wasn't near the fire (gas and a spark) is not good. The District Manager also stated any major work requires a permit regardless if it is an emergency situation.
