    -Added a wall in our home in October/Nov 2023 -We paid for to install sheetrock/match texture which did not match -Committed to installing wall and matching texture to look as if it was always there, they did not match/huge "lumps" in the wall, used spray cans for texture when needed to be textured with sprayer, uneven wall that is now cracking on both sides.-Alex and **** came back in Nov/Dec timeframe to try and fix cracks and uneven wall, put mud on cracks and said they would come back when dry to sand and texture both sides of the wall were prepped and repaired to come back and sand and texture -Al's sent **** back on Feb 2 to sand and texture both sides of the wall that needed repaired, i messaged them that the wall was cracking again and to bring some mud as well to repair. When **** arrived he said **** told him to not fix the East side wall and to only fix the West side, the east side needed sanded and textured as well from the last visit and is now cracking again which i notified them. The worker **** explained he could not believe **** was not going to fix, but he was only being paid to do one side. **** also pointed out several other flaws in the original work and again pointed some of these out to ****-the owner when they were there the last time and was told not to worry about it and they were not going to fix it. **** also explained that he was new at Sheetrock work and apologized for the less than quality work and explained he was the messenger and felt and looked uncomfortable having to tell us, he could not believe **** would not fix. He was uncomfortable with the situation put in by *********** explained to ****, i wanted everything fixed and to pause working until we speak to ********* **** then told him to leave the job. I contacted via Call and text. **** would not answer , **** stated he would call me later. In a text he said he was losing money and cannot make all customers Happy? Can you find a customer who is happy with cracked walls?

    I am sadden by the out come of this project. 

    I am unsure of the comments that were made by my employee, for he has done many jobs alone and with me before never having any complaints. 

    Unfortunately, the home owner and I could not come to a common ground of the one side of this project. We have done multiple projects at this clients house with no problems. 

    To resolve this issue I am willing to refund the client $553 for the finish work and materials.

    The additional money was used for material to frame and dry wall the desired walls. Along with the labor that went into it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business Al's ******** in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to be refunded in the amount of $553.00, although the repairs will cost more than this amount with the hire of a contractor, i accept the admittance of fault in the job and the refund amount. Please remit payment within 5 days to address below and i will follow up with the BBB when received.

    We accept the partial payment and look forward the balance being sent asap. This is not the agreed upon amount. Im not sure what games they are trying to play, but Im getting more and more impatient. Also, of the 4 jobs they were hired to do, 3 had to be reworked and redone. I would love to share more detail if you would like and new contractor would like to reach out as well.

    Hi, this is ******************* and I am wondering why theyre trying to get more money for me because I gave them the amount for the finish work of the drywall, but I would not give them the amount for the framing and the drywalling rough drywalling and that was the additional Thousand dollars that was the time it took me to build the walls and put the drywall up. Im sure they didnt tear the walls down so Im sure that Im going to keep that money I will not be giving them anymore money.
