This contractor is a piece of S**T. What was suppose to take 2 months has turned into almost 6 months for a simple addition. They opened the exterior walls in the mid of winter and left the new walls without insulation for for the cost part of the winter (below zero temps). Tried to communicate with them but no response, ever increasing the quotes and adding change orders for work that hadn't happened or scheduled. Lied about getting permits, lied about passing inspections. This guy is a true piece of work. He will nickel and dime you to death just because he is a **** poor contractor that has no empathy or compassion or pride in his work. IF you want to get ripped off and stressed about a project he is your guy.....Sorry I ever met the guy.. for all that is holy stay away from this *****. No wonder the BBB will not accredited this company.......The A+ rating is a lie. the only reason I gave him a 1 star rating is because there are no negative star ratings. My dealing with him is through my son's house not mine. I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen, just glad I know better now.

About a year ago, my partner ***** and I started seeking quotes for a home renovation project with ***********************. What began with hope quickly turned into a series of frustrations.A major issue with this project was ***** poor communication. He rarely updated his proposals and often failed to respond in a timely manner, especially to inquiries involving complex aspects of the project. His response time was consistently disappointing, often taking days or weeks, and required constant reminders from us.The organizational challenges were even more apparent, particularly for someone in the role of a Project Manager. We encountered issues such as a contractor's tardiness and a failed video call due to a non-functional link, which **** canceled without rescheduling. Furthermore, **** did not effectively collaborate with the structural engineer he had hired, leaving us to brainstorm structural ideas on our own. We even had to design the architectural plans ourselves using an expensive architectural rendering app, which we hoped would simplify the engineering process for him. A significant concern arose when **** overlooked essential tasks like verifying zoning rules for extending our home, which we ultimately researched and resolved ourselves. Our final frustration peaked when he unexpectedly increased his initial quote for structural, architectural, and drafting work. The project, originally estimated at $3800 (with $2000 upfront and $1800 upon completion), abruptly escalated to $8900 without any prior discussion or explanation. This significant price increase was both startling and unacceptable.****'s inconsistent communication and fluctuating quotes suggested a lack of commitment to our project. If you are looking for a Project Manager for your property, we DO NOT recommend you hiring ***********************.
