*** at Next Step Inspections is highly professional and knowledgeable. The report you receive is very thorough and the photos do not lie. We had to back out of buying our house due to all the problems with the house - the seller was being unreasonable. I would recommend *** to anyone who needs an inspection. In all of the properties that I have purchased over the years, this is the best inspection company I have encountered.

***, at NextStep Inspections, LLC, showed up to perform our inspection at the prescribed time. He was well dressed, courteous and presented himself very well. Above all, he was meticulous in performing his whole house inspection not leaving a stone unturned. *** was very professional and performed his inspection as you would expect an experienced professional to do. *** went above and beyond our expectations for our home inspection. He spent six hours inspecting the property when another inspector that I called said it would only take 2.5 to 3 hours. His report was very thorough. I am sure that other inspectors would have missed many of the items that *** caught. He made sure that we understood the report and answered any questions that we had. In this really crazy market of home inspections getting waived, we were really nervous about finding a home inspector. In our search, we ran into a lot of mixed reviews, or highly recommended inspectors were no longer in business. We ran into *** by chance, using a recommendation someone posted on Reddit. *** is timely - hes the only one that got back to us quickly - comprehensive, professional, and courteous.The inspection he did for our home was very thorough, and caught many little things we never would have thought to check. If I recall correctly, he spent about 3 hours inspecting a home that is ***** sq ft. Then *** spent some additional time afterwards to show us what looked concerning and what we need to address right away versus things we would need to address or keep an eye on in the future. He even went to the house a couple of days earlier to run a radon test so the results can be available for us to discuss on the day of our scheduled inspection.The final inspection report had a quick turnaround and was available in less than 24 hours. It contained 80+ items to address, and this felt really overwhelming for us as first time home buyers. Everything looked important and critical to address. *** spent an hour with us, in the late evening, to patiently answer our questions. We got a lot of peace of mind after talking with ***. We never felt rushed or like he didnt have time for us.We were very happy with the final report. It was presented in a clear, digestible manner. Its clear *** really takes pride in his work and the quality of it shows.NextStep Inspections LLC.

Of all the people you will encounter in the process of buying your house, *** and Next Step Inspections are the only ones who will provide you with the unvarnished truth and an informed, rational opinion about your purchase. Its such a relief to have an ally in this process. In the past Ive been underwhelmed by the service provided by home inspectors. I found Next Step Inspections after spending a lot of time reading about home inspection and reading through reviews of various providers. I called *** at Next Step, not really expecting anything different from our past experience. I couldnt have been more wrong in my expectations. *** fit us into his schedule within a very short time frame. He and **** showed up when they said they would. They are both professional and pleasant gentlemen. They spent FOUR hours carefully looking at the property we wanted to buy. Its not a huge estate, by the way basically just a **** sq foot tract home. But they checked everything, tested for radon and scoped the sewer line. They noticed so many things that we had overlooked, even though we thought wed looked at the house pretty carefully. Most importantly, *** alerted us to a significant problem with the homes siding that we would not have seen had he not pointed it out. The problem was significant enough and costly enough to repair that we elected to cancel the contract. He saved us so much money and heartache/headaches. We are beyond grateful. As our home search continues, *** will be on board for the next inspection. I cant recommend him enough!NextStep Inspections LLC.
