On August 28, 2023 I contacted this company for a key fob replacement. I was quoted $180. The technician arrived and informed me that he would be simply gluing my existing key back together as that would remedy the issue. The technician then charged me $180 to glue my key back together. Needless to say, the key is falling apart again and I am out $180, that was very hard for me to come up with at the time. I would like a refund as not only did I not receive a new key, but the services they provided were unsuccessful and I dont feel I should have been charged $180 for him to slap superglue onto my ready existing and malfunctioning key.

Called Rawkeys on August 09 to schedule a locksmith to fix our lock and asked if the technician worked with a particular brand and sent a picture to the company. The company called back and and assured us the technician had experienced with our lock. Technician called and I asked him if he had experience with our brand of lock and he assured me he had worked on our lock and was confident he could repair the lock, but if he could not he could order a replacement lock. He said cost will be $55.00. I said okay and the technician showed up to our home and said to repair the lock would be 320-I said you told me 55 and he said that was the trip charge. I decided to go with him since he was at our home and he knew our lock brand. He took the lock apart and stated it was broken and he would have to find out where to buy a replacement lock. He took one measurement of the lock and said he would get back to us and to disengage part of the broken lock would cost us $200. We asked him to put a extra screws in the bottom of the door to reinforce the bottom plate and now the door would not close. He proceeded to bang on the door, file on the lock and cut away pieces on the bottom of the door. He left a mess in our home and his car leaked oil in the driveway. After he left another locksmith left a message on my phone that he worked with the brand of locks and 9 times out of ************************************************** Kansas city. I called the lock company and to replace the lock you need to take several measurements. The technician was obviously not familiar with our locks and had lied about his experience. I called the company and relayed my concerns and asked for a manager to call me back-10 minutes later the technician called and I told him everything I had said to Rawly and that I would have used another company if he had been honest, he started raising his voice. I called the company back the next day and asked for a supervisor to call back-no response.
