      I went to Mattress Insider with a request for a specific mattress build. They were not only able to accommodate my requests, their price was far lower than other companies for the same specifications. The mattress came fast and set up was easy. They were very transparent about the return policy for my mattress (There isn't one because it's custom) but assured me they would stand behind their work if there were any manufacturing defects. The mattress tooks some getting used to, but it is the most comfortable mattress we have owned. We will be going back to Mattress Insider with any future mattress purchases

      I needed a custom mattress fast before my next RV trip, and MattressInsider really came through. Their customer service was super helpful, and they made sure I got exactly what I needed on time. The mattress fits perfectly and is really comfortable. Couldn't be happier with how smooth everything went.

      I bought my first MattressInsider mattress in 2012 for myself and my wife. Since then, we've had rentals that we've run through both ****** and Furnished Finder. We also have an Airstream with 2 twin mattresses in custom sizes. I think in total over the last 13 years, I've bought at least 11 mattresses from Mattress Insider (and we recently replaced our personal mattress since it was more than 10 years old). In 2017, one of our guests liked the bed so much that they actually bought the exact mattress out of the unit and we had to replace it...My experience with Mattress Insider has been absolutely fantastic, and I honestly wouldn't get a bed anywhere else... The customer service, the care and attention to detail, the way they handled communication during the first year of COVID (when no one could get mattresses/materials, but they somehow did and communicated delays clearly), and just the overall quality of the beds, has been really incredible. 13 years of purchases with this company, and I'd recommend Mattress Insider to anyone who wants a hassle-free high quality mattress.

      The 8" Luxury RV Mattress has completely transformed our RV sleep experience. Its the perfect blend of plush comfort and firm support, with cooling gel that keeps us comfortable even on warmer nights. The custom size fits our RV bed perfectly, and it hasnt lost any shape after weeks of use. If youre looking for an upgrade, this mattress is a great investment. Highly recommended for a better night's sleep on the road!

      We have a RV needed a special mattress, made I called customer service very knowledgeable great company to work with ,ordered the mattress it was delivered on time ,very comfortable mattress and a free pillow came with it ,my *********** both love the pillow that came with it,we will be ordering more pillows. very easy company to deal with, considering they are in a different state and you cannot see the mattresses. they are very good at explaining the mattress and making sure that it will be to your *************** yes I would recommend this
