    Bought a brand new 2024 Kawasaki ninja 650 from this dealer on May 31st. I rode the bike for 3 weeks before it had a problem with the engine. I took it in on June 19th and explained what had happened with it. I got it back on June 22nd and was told it was repaired, I rode it for 15 minutes before it had another problem and I had to tow it back same day. I was expecting that they would expedite my repair since it was supposed to be fixed already. Its been a month now and Ive had to fight just to get the status on the bike and they have no progress on it done! Ive asked for a replacement since its a brand new bike and it should not have these kinds of issues!! Ive made my first payment on it and I dont even have it. I need something done now! This is poor service! And I refuse to get this bike back now. I dont trust the repairs they have done on it and I want my money back or a replacement.

    I purchased a 2021 General XP 4 ****. It was one year old with **** miles on it. I have had nothing but problems to wit:-I am now 400 miles into the machine and have spent $8,000 in repairs with roughly 2 months of down time. Parts continue to break at a rapid rate. They knowingly sold me a lemon. 1) They did not disclose to me it was a rental unit until after I purchased it. I felt this was unethical, as I would not have paid as much for the machine as I did (I assumed it was owned and maintained normally).2) I have had nothing but problems with the machine. I have poured thousands of dollars into it. I do not do anything crazy with the machine, I tote around with my little kids on normal dirt roads. It has only been in 4WD one time.3) I contacted management about all of the problems with the machine and they (putting a long story short) said the machine was in pristine condition when it was sold to me. So after putting on roughly 400 miles, 99% of which is with two little kids in the back in 2WD on dirt roads, I caused all of these problems? They would not buy the machine back at a fair market value.4) I was a member of their winners club or whatever it is called so was using their shop to fix said issues. Each time something was forgotten and here are examples:-windshield installation. After paying 1k for a windshield, they forgot to install it and called me to come pick up the machine stating it was done.-Left my compressor and tool bag out of the machine and in the shop.-Completed a major repair and did not finish it. When I took it out again it was apparent it was not fixed, as there were grinding sounds. They forgot to tighten key parts. I dropped the machine off AGAINl. I am stuck with a machine that constantly breaks from routine use and when I contacted management, they did not want to rectify it.
