    I order medication for my emotional support dog and have received nothing even after complaining over and over again. I have requested numerous time to be refunded and til this day have received nothing.     This was in our Junk folder and we did not see previous complaint.  


    *************** complained that she had not received her order with my customer service team.  She yelled, cussed, and threatened my employee in the attached emails.  I was asked to respond to her since she was very aggressive (attached).  At the time, the tracking on the order was showing that it was undelivered due to the address provided being a vacant address.  We asked *************** several times to verify her address and she only responded by cussing at us.  She purchased Route shipping protection and I explained to her in my email response that she could file a claim on the order and be reimbursed, however she never did so. 

    We received the package back to our facility as undeliverable/vacant address a few days later and processed her refund on 1/9/24 at 11:15am for the cost of the product purchased minus the cost of paid shipping by Pet Releaf.
